Same day shipping on orders placed before 12:00 pm MST. All orders placed after 12:00 pm MST are shipped the next business day.

That’s how confident we are that you will be 100% satisfied with our products. However if for some reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling. This is a one-time, no questions asked allowance on all first time purchases. Simply follow the instructions below.
Instructions for Returns and Refunds
To obtain your refund, you must first contact Customer Support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 801-860-1682 (Monday–Friday 9am-5pm MST) in order to obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number.
To receive a refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase date. Be sure to clearly print the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of return package. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept packages without an approved RMA on the outside of the package.

We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked “return to sender” or “refused”. We will not accept C.O.D. returns. You, as the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning your item and that the item arrives to us without damage. Return shipping charges will not be compensated for unless the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item). Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. If you return a package, we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment. In order to qualify for a refund, you must return all full, partial or empty bottles of the product.
After our shipping department receives your return and it is satisfactory to the return policy and is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
